Ruruka from "Crimson Spell" manga by Ayano Yamane (our dear bunny stew ;P :D). Made for a contest at Ayano Yamane Community .

I really like this picture. I'm quite happy, because Ruruka resembles himself (yes, HIMself ;P). Or I think so... It's my second try of Ayano Yamane's art style (first one was my Viewfinder fan art) .

The worst thing to paint was Ruruka's hair and fur of his animal form. I used this brush to made them (if you want to compare it's size, on the photo there are my fingers :)). But I really like drawning and painting hair so I had some fun with it.

But my scanner ate most of light shadows... It doesn't like watercolours :hmm:

Ruruka z mangi "Crimson Spell" autorstwa Ayano Yamane (nasza ukochana królicza potrawka ;P :D). Namalowane na konkurs na Ayano Yamane Community.

Naprawdę podoba mi się ta praca. Jestem zadowolona z niej, ponieważ Ruruka jest na niej do siebie podobny (tak, podobnY ;P). Albo tak mi się wydaje... To moja druga próba stylu Ayano Yamane (pierwsza to art do "Viewfinder'a").

Najgorszą rzeczą do namalowania były włosy i sierść Ruruki w jego zwierzęcej postaci. Używałam tego pędzla przy ich malowaniu (dla porównania rozmiarów na zdjęciu widoczne są moje palce :)). Ale ja naprawdę lubię rysować i malować włosy, więc miałam z tym sporo zabawy.

Tylko, że mój skaner zeżarł część jaśniejszych cieni... On nie lubi akwareli :hmm:
